  • The requested part, which you order in advance by phone with a catalog number and  is in stock, will be issued at our facility within an hour of the phone contact.
  • The fee for this service is 300 CZK; if the order exceeds 15,000 CZK excluding VAT, the fee is waived.
  • If it is necessary to clarify your request at our facility, an additional fee of 100 CZK is charged for every 15 minutes of our salesperson's work. This service does not include your usual discount; items are sold at base prices.
