The emergency phone line is intended exclusively for urgent collection of spare parts outside our regular opening hours.

I need emergency collection – show conditions
Before calling, please note:
  • the required part must be ordered in advance by phone using the catalogue number and the item must be in stock
  • the requested part will be prepared for collection within one hour of your phone call
  • the emergency collection fee is CZK 600
  • for orders over CZK 20,000 excluding VAT, the CZK 600 fee is not charged
  • if the requested part must be searched for or further specified on site, we charge CZK 150 for each started 15 minutes of our employee's work
  • standard customer discounts do not apply to the emergency service; goods are sold at standard list prices
