Parcel Service
DPD:
We send most parcels through DPD courier service at a cost of 119 CZK (including VAT) for parcels up to 30 kg. Parcels weighing 30-50 kg cost 215 CZK (including VAT). For heavier weights, the parcel will be split. We guarantee delivery within 24 hours (next business day) for orders placed by 2:00 PM for in-stock items. Delivery times may be extended during the Christmas holidays.
Delivery to Slovakia via DPD costs 9.44 € (including VAT) for parcels up to 30 kg.
DPD Pick up:
We offer shipping to collection points through DPD Pickup. Parcels up to 5 kg are sent for 68 CZK (including VAT). Larger parcels up to 20 kg cost 84 CZK (including VAT). A parcel can weigh a maximum of 20 kg including packaging, have a maximum length of 100 cm on the longest side, and a perimeter of 250 cm.
If the goods do not meet DPD Pickup transport conditions, we will contact you with an alternative delivery option.
Packeta:
Economically advantageous delivery to collection points of the Packeta company. We deliver to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. The weight of the parcel must not exceed 10 kg (including packaging). Currently, this is the cheapest shipping option offered in our e-shop. Parcels up to 5 kg are sent for 68 CZK (including VAT). Parcels up to 10 kg cost 99 CZK (including VAT). Maximum weight of the parcel: 10 kg. Maximum dimension of one side of the parcel: 120 cm. Maximum sum of dimensions of all three sides: 150 cm (e.g., a parcel with dimensions 50×50×50 cm).
Delivery to Slovakia for parcels up to 5 kg is 90 CZK and for parcels up to 10 kg is 111 CZK.
If the goods do not meet the Packeta transport conditions, we reserve the right to change the type of carrier.

Oversized, ADR, and Heavy Goods:
For these items, we use FOFR transport for ADR and oversized shipments. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the goods.
Items over 50 kg are sent by pallet shipping. The shipping cost is calculated based on the postal code and weight of the ordered goods.
International Shipments:
We send international parcels via DPD. The maximum weight is 30 kg and the price is calculated by the e-shop based on the delivery location and weight. Other parcels are handled on an individual basis with our dispatcher.
- All mentioned weights include packaging. They do not refer to the net weight of the goods. They do not apply to oversized, fragile goods (e.g., wine), and ADR parcels. We reserve the right to split the shipment in case of ordering heterogeneous goods (e.g., heavier metal parts and a mirror, etc.).
Conditions for Free Shipping:
Non-registered and end customers:
The purchase amount must exceed 5,000 CZK (including VAT) and the parcel weight must not exceed 50 kg. For parcels over 50 kg, the limit is 30,250 CZK including VAT (25,000 CZK excluding VAT). This applies to shipments within the Czech Republic.
Non-registered and retail customers Slovakia:
The purchase amount must exceed 250 € (excluding VAT) and the weight must not exceed 30 kg.
Wholesale Partners:
The purchase amount must exceed 12,400 CZK or 500 € (excluding VAT) for a purchase up to 50 kg. The maximum weight of a single item is 30 kg. For pallet shipping, the purchase must exceed 50,000 CZK (excluding VAT). For contract partners with the Skarab premium contract addendum, we still offer free delivery with Skarab company vehicles on delivery days (for parcels up to 1,000 kg).
Free shipping is valid from May 22, 2021, until further notice.
Skarab delivery
We offer all our wholesale partners with the Skarab premium contract addendum free delivery according to the daily delivery plan (or after consultation with our dispatcher, see below) by our delivery service. Deliveries are based on regularity and reliability - the customer can count on receiving the goods on the given day.
For other customers, we offer delivery for an additional charge. For orders over 10,000 CZK (excluding VAT) in the Czech Republic and 500 € (excluding VAT) in Slovakia, the uniform fee is 500 CZK/20 €. The maximum weight must not exceed 600 kg.
